Grupo RosaNegra is a Mexican company created in 2017 by Eduardo Beaven, an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. During his career he has given life to many gastronomic concepts with great success nationally and internationally.

His travels led him to imagine, undertake and open restaurants in several cities, discovering new connections with food, customs and cuisines from around the world. Passionate about the culinary traditions and unique ingredients in each region, he designed the menu of each restaurant of Grupo RosaNegra; pouring his love and passion for cooking into each dish.

The inspiration behind
RosaNegra

The “Black Rose” is one of the most exotic and difficult flowers to find in the world. They can only be seen naturally during a few days of summer in the small village of Halfeti, in southern Turkey. A set of natural conditions is required for the flowering to take place. Low rainfall and ideal soil conditions allow the crimson color of the rose to transform into an exceptional black color.

This flower became the inspiration behind Grupo RosaNegra, a concept that arises from extraordinary situations with attributes that make it unique in the world.

April 2020 | Delivery Concepts is born


Delivery Concept

The pandemic changed the entire planet, the social, economic and labor impact was overwhelming. At a time of crisis, it’s when new ideas are born to adapt to the current situation, thus Delivery Concepts emerges, a food delivery brand that helped the Group to move forward during times of uncertainty and confusion.


December 2019 | Tora Tulum opens

Cancun's success is replicated in Tulum, bringing the most avant-garde Japanese cuisine to Mexico's trendiest destination, becoming Tora's second location.

December 2018 | Taboo Tulum, Grupo RosaNegra's first beach club, opens

Chambao FashionGrill Madrid

RosaNegra Group opens its first restaurant in Europe. Madrid is the first city to host the international expansion. Chambao FashionGrill opens its doors in the neighborhood of Castellana to delight locals and travelers from around the world with its innovative concept in the Spanish capital.

The South African artist's installation arrives to Cancun to give life to Bohemian Square. “True Nature“ is a piece that combines art and nature with the Nichupte Lagoon as a setting.

December 2021 | RosaNegra and Funky Geisha arrives to Los Cabos


Openings in Los Cabos

The Group's flagship brand expands to the Pacific and opens its doors in Los Cabos. The Group opens its fifth RosaNegra restaurant, exalting the brand in one of the most touristic cities in the country. Funky Geisha joins the alliance with ME Cabo, opening its doors in the distinctive hotel, being the last brand to establish in the resort.

November 2021 | RosaNegra opens in Ciudad Satélite


RosaNegra Satélite

One RosaNegra restaurant in Mexico City was not enough, RosaNegra Satélite opens to reach more diners and expand the brand in the Mexican capital.

October 2021 | Alliance with ME


Alliance with Hotel ME by Meliá

The first successful alliance between Grupo Rosa Negra and the Hotel ME by Meliá takes place. A strategy to expand the brand and work together to create great experiences for guests and visitors. ME Cabo Hotel becomes the first resort with 3 establishments of the brand: Taboo, Mamazzita and Confessions.

May 2021 | Tantra and Chambao are born in Tulum

Seeking to experiment and explore different concepts, Tantra is born to become a sophisticated and luxurious beach club on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, where champagne and good taste are fundamental. Chambao is born, one of the most avant-garde concepts that fuses passion for beef cuts with fashion; the essence of Chambao is inspired by the rusticity and magic of Tulum.

Mamazzita, the most Mexican concept of the Group, opens its doors in Cancun to delight with its reinvented gourmet cuisine. Parole opens its doors in Cancun, after its success in Mexico City and Tulum, its romantic atmosphere with incredible views of the lagoon make it the best Italian-inspired restaurant in the hotel zone. Confessions opens in Cancun to become the best party venue for local and international DJs with an impressive architectural design.
